project overview
Kegged and Reckless is a 3D first-person shooter I built completely from scratch using the Godot engine. It’s my own twist on Call of Duty: Zombies and the game reimagines the survival-wave style of game, replacing zombies with frat boys. Over five weeks and around 200 hours, I handled every aspect of development concept creation, design, coding, asset integration, testing, and refinement. As my first experience with both Godot and programming in GDScript, this project was a deep dive into the full game development process — from ideation and prototyping to debugging and polishing. Kegged and Reckless represents my first complete step into the world of game design — a mix of chaos, learning, and fun.
